(Ar-Room) 30 : 18
وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ
And to Him is Praises throughout the heavens and the earth, at night and when you are at midday.
Congressional prayer is commanded when there is a group of believers. As there is no group of believers anywhere in the world today, the odd believer who testifies Adhikr should follow the model of prayer and lifestyle explained in verses 7: 205-206.
Before getting the Book, Messenger Muhammad was also among the heedless as explained in verse 12: 3. But after getting the Book, the Lord commands the Messenger through verse 7: 205: “And you remember your Lord with your soul beseechingly and fearfully without loudly in word in the dawn and dusk, and you should not be among the heedless”.
